Study the assistive technology implementation process.
With a foundation in community based participatory research, we worked with 15 teams and provided them with funds to spend on assistive technologies for their student with complex communication needs. With this technology, we provided coaching in order to support specific goals that were set for each student.
In addition, with the implementation of two workshops, we provided 60 various professionals and parents resources for assistive technology use for a specific student or their own child.
Building a platform for educational professionals to use that would monitor the progress of each of his or her students from intake to goal completion.
